Unfortunately, no we do not offer same day delivery. Due to the custom nature of this industry we request, at minimum, 2 weeks notice.
Definitely contact me to see if something can be worked out. If my schedule is open and it's not a large order then I might be able to do your event. However, a rush fee will be applied.
Clean up at the end of the event is the responsibility of the client. However, breakdown and haul-away services can be added on for an additional $25.00.
Travel within our servicing area is free. Any location outside of our servicing area will be assessed a mileage fee of $0.67 per mile.
Yes, your appointment date and service will be secured when a non-refundable 50% deposit and signed contract is received
Your 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice. If left unpaid, the invoice will be canceled after 48 hours. A $10.00 service charge will be added should we need to reissue the invoice.
The final payment will be due 5 days prior to the date of service. If the remaining balance is not received, you will forfeit your deposit and the booking will be canceled.
No, services must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event.
We are not responsible for situations that may cancel or postpone your event. We also can not promise we will be able to accommodate you should you need to book under a different date. Please also note, we reserve the right to add a $75.00 change fee should we need to accommodate last minute date/venue changes.
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled date. A refund, less your non-refundable deposit, will be issued to you within 5 business days.
